Mail-in registration for 2009 is closed - but email us by April 22 if you have a team to register.  If you wish to pre-register a team, please email the registrar at info@discoverywalk.org with the team information by April 22, 2009.  The forms above are best used in advance, your team will have individual start cards for the walk which they must sign.  If you email us in advance, we can have them ready and things will go faster.

T-shirts are extra, $15.  Please indicate size (Small, Medium, Large, XL, 2XL, 3XL)\

Pre-Registration: Teams are encouraged to pre-register.  If you pre-register, your team members may arrive at any time during registration hours to pick up their start cards at the Group Registration Table, filed under your Team Name.

Teams with Minors: For teams with a large number of minors not walking with family members, please contact the registrar at info@discoverywalk.org to arrange for delivery of start cards to you in advance so parents can sign the liability waiver.

Registering at the Event: If you do not pre-register, your team must arrive together in order to get the team discount price.  If you do not know all of the names of your team members, you may still register them as (Team Name)1, (Team Name)2, etc. and we will have pre-paid entries for them when they come to the Group Registration table and ask for your Team Name.

Payment:  US teams and groups must send a check or money order at the time of registration, or register online and pay with credit card. 
Foreign groups may pay upon arrival or register online.

Adding Members to Your Team: You can add more members to your team at the Group Registration Table at the event, and they will get the discount price.

Teams and Groups Packet Pick-up:
Your start cards will be grouped at the Group Registration Table filed under your Team Name.
Upon arrival, each participant must sign the waiver on their start card and complete any info that was not already provided.
