VANCOUVER USA DISCOVERY WALK FESTIVAL

Dear Discovery Walk Friend,                                                            November 26, 2007

• This year we will be hosting our 12th International Discovery Walk Festival. The 11th DWF was a huge success due in part to our wonderful volunteers. We appreciate the dedication of our long time volunteers, and welcome new volunteers in joining us. If you have a preference for position please mark it below.
• Workers walks will be: Jan. 19 & 20 --- Feb 2 & 3 -- March 8 & 9
• The start for the worker walks will be at the Hilton Hotel from 8-10 am. You may do any of the walks on any of these weekends.
• We will not have any training sessions this year, but will mail out job duties with the Volunteer Assignment letter.

New Core Members Needed: Our core committee has dwindled to a few members who plan this event and all of its logistics. Those of us remaining need to scale back our work. We hope others will step forward & join the core committee so this fun event can continue beyond 2008. Attached is a list of committee jobs where help is needed.
