Expo Exhibit Area
The Health and Fitness Expo is located in the pre-function lobby of the Discovery Ballroom of the Hilton Hotel, 301 West 6th Street, Vancouver Washington 98660.  The Discovery Walk Festival registration, start, finish and entertainment are in the Discovery Ballroom.

* Expo hours are subject to change.  Exhibitors should have personnel attending their booths throughout operating hours.

2007 Attendance and Demographics

All Discovery Walk Festival participants will have multiple opportunities to browse through the Expo when they come to register, start the events, finish the events, enjoy the entertainment and food and drink for sale.

  • 1969 participants completed over 2750 walks, bikes, and swims.

  • 76% of the participants were local

  • 24% traveled to the event.

  • 65% Female, 35% Male

  • Average age: 45

  • 15% under age 20 and 14% over age 65.

Exhibit Opportunities

Booth: 8x8’ booth with draped table and pipe and drape backing, two folding chairs $300.

Table: 6’ draped table, two folding chairs $200.  Additional tables $100.

Electricity, phone line, wireless internet available at additional fees.

Sample/Literature Only: If you do not wish a booth or table, you may provide literature or samples for the participants at the Sample Table in the Expo/Finish area or at checkpoints on the events.  The price is $75.  Literature must not exceed a size of 8 ½ x 11”  Samples and literature are subject to approval.  We suggest providing 500-2000 copies.

Deadlines

Deadline for reservation of tables and booths is April 1, 2008.  Please send a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 as early as possible in order to be guaranteed a table.  A confirmation letter will be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit. Full payment due April 15, 2008.

Space and placement is available on a first-come, first served basis. The pre-function area is not closed off at night, so please take valuables with you each night.
